VibeAlchemy is an AI-driven idea-validation tool. We accept a description of a business idea, run it through a multi-agent pipeline, and return a structured Decision Memo and supporting documents. Outputs are advisory. They are not financial, legal, or operational advice and should not be treated as such.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may not share your account with another person or use the product to harm, defame, or impersonate any third party. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
Do not use VibeAlchemy to:
Tier subscriptions and credit packs are billed via Stripe. Refund policy: 14 days on monthly subscriptions, 30 days on annual, prorated by actual usage. Refunds are denied once you've consumed ≥ 80% of the runs included in the billing period. Credit packs are refundable in proportion to credits unused.
You own the validation outputs produced from your inputs. We retain no claim to your idea or to the resulting Decision Memo. We do retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated usage signals to improve the product.
The service is provided "as is." Validation outputs are best-effort generated by AI systems and may be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
